We give our clients lots of personal attention and strive to anticipate their needs. We want them to feel well cared and end most phone calls with: How are we doing? Or what can we do better? We treat our clients as true partners and collaborators in an integrative design process.

We have strong communication skills and like to keep our clients informed. We have a same day call back policy and send frequent e-mail updates. We have created special meeting places - your project is always posted to our web site, with a personal passport id. We encourage you to share your ideas, questions, and concerns. As students in the art of active listening, we genuinely seek to understand our clients first and apply new ways of creating and delivering design solutions second.
